Things you need to know

When Placing an order at Mason Catering Services

When placing an order with Mason Catering Services you must specify if you will need to have your food displayed or not. If your food WILL be displayed it is considered as a package which will consist of your entrée with chafers, utensils and table cloths. If you need servers, you will need to specify this and pricing it will be billed separately.

Food Orders for Drop off

All orders that are placed for drop off ONLY will be packed in aluminum foil pans if considered hot food. All salads and fruits will be packaged on platters/ plastic bowls. Such containers are disposable and will not be accompany by chafers and table cloths. If you need these items, you must make arrangements.

What to do when Receiving a Delivery From
Mason Catering Services

if we don’t provide you with chafer, tables and other item you should have the following ready for us on arrival: tables, table cloths, chafers and utensils should all be set up with sternos and water in the pans and whatever your using to keep the food warm. We are not responsible for doing so, if we do we are helping (AS SERVERS) and this is another charge.

Scheduling of your Delivery time from
Mason Catering Services

Please be mindful of the time and date of your order in which was agreed from your invoice (copy) with Mason Catering Services. All orders are expected to be delivered on time as scheduled unless otherwise arranged and agreed upon. All persons in charge should be aware of what was ordered and delivered during drop off.
